EASY BOOKING PROCESS
To make a booking, you can contact us during our business hours on 1300 150 725 or via email on firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, you may submit an enquiry form on our website.
Step 1. Make a decision
Call us or send us an email and we will make sure we get back to you within 1 hour on business days. If you already know which cabin charter you wish to book, please let us know and we will hold it for at least 48 hours if available.
Step 2. Option on charter or Cabin
We will hold an option on your cabin or charter for at least 48 hours. We will make sure you receive an invoice showing deposit and balance with the exchange rate of the day. Call us before 1:00pm the day you pay the deposit in order to secure that day’s exchange rate. Once the deposit is paid, your booking will be confirmed. This is a non-refundable deposit. The balance is due between 150 days to 90 days prior to departure. We will also proceed with the rate of the day at the time you wish to pay the balance within the timeline. You can also decide to pay early if you wish to secure a rate.
Step 3. We will make sure you receive all travel documents and additional information you need in order to have your holiday well-planned.
Step 4. Enjoy your unique experience on a barge and send us your feedback at email@example.com.

DEPOSIT, FINAL PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of the amount given per booking must be paid at the time of booking. Bookings for which the deposit is not received are subject to cancellation without notice. Deposits vary for each cruise operator and provider of any other services, and will be payable according to the General Terms and Conditions of each operator. *Please note that for any service held on an option a firm reservation cannot be made until the required deposit is received. Option periods vary between suppliers - if a deposit is not received within the option period, BTC may be unable to confirm the service. The balance payment must be received as requested in the invoice. If the balance payment is not received by BTC by the due date, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled and to apply the appropriate cancellation charges. Payments by credit card are subject to merchant fees.

Should you or any member of your party wish to cancel, you must advise your Travel Agent and/or BTC in writing. Such written advice should be signed by the person who made the original booking. The cancellation is not effective until BTC receives the written notice.
